Refunds/ Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY


The Brown Strap (collectively “Brown Strap” or “we”, “our”) cancellation policy
gives you an option to cancel an order when it is in packed status, as
long as the cancel option is available on our website.  The order won't be cancelled if it is in shipping status.  Any amount paid will be credited into the same
payment mode using which the payment was made. The amount will be refunded within 2-3 business days. 


REFUND POLICY

The refund will take place within 2-3 business days when the order is cancelled or returned. In the case of return, the refund will only take place when the returned ordered has has been approved by the Brown Strap team that the order is unused. The customer can expect the refunded amount back into their account within 2-3 business days.
The refund will be calculated by deducting the return fee- that is 20% of the bill amount.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
We are duty bound to provide fair treatment to our Consumer and Consumer
grievances.
“Grievance” means any issue related to the product/service which has been
availed by the consumer from the brownstrap.shop Platform and consumer is
seeking resolution for the same. In case of any query or complaint the
Consumer can approach us and reach out to us through the Contact Us tab on the available on our platform.
If your query /complaint is not resolved and needs to be escalated. The
customer may contact our Grievance Officer. Here are the details for
