do not make payment or refuse to make payment of charges after
purchasing product or services from us then Brown Strap reserves the right
to annul the order or not to deliver the said product.


PAYMENT POLICIES
Products prices are displayed on the Website when clicking on a product.
All the prices specified on the Website are shown in rupees (₹), including
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and exclude delivery fees in the cases
where such fees apply. The delivery fees are specified to the Customer
before the confirmation of the order and will, in the cases where they apply,
be charged as a supplement.
The total amount due to be paid by the Customer, excluding delivery fees,
is shown before the final confirmation of the order. The amount appears a
first time in the “My Cart” section. The full amount including delivery fees
(where they apply) is shown in the “Order Review” section that appears
after having clicked on “Proceed to checkout” and after the information
necessary to process the order has been filled out.
The Brown Strap reserves the right to modify prices at any moment, while
guaranteeing the application of the prevailing prices at the time of the order.

sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states,
or public order or causes incitement to the commission of
any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any
offence or is insulting any other nation.
 is in the nature of an online game that is not verified as a
permissible online game;
 is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate
advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not
a permissible online game, or of any online gaming
intermediary offering such an online game;
 violates any law for the time being in force;
 Violate any right of the Brown Strap or its
representatives.

violates Intellectual Property Rights of Brown Strap.

ORDERING PROCESS
 To place and complete an order, the Customer must have an
account on our website. The terms regarding the creation of a
personal account are described within the Terms and Conditions of
Use of the Website. Further, you should take notice of the terms
regarding the protection of your personal information in our Privacy
Policy stated separately in detail.
 As you place an order on our website, you can choose the products
you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart”. After adding the
products you may choose “Continue Shopping” or “Cart &
Checkout”.
 All of the selected products are gathered in “My Cart”. By clicking
on “My Cart” the Customer can verify the details of their order and
the total price excluding delivery fees. The Customer may also
consult the Terms and Conditions of Sales, modify their order

 We will confirm the order by sending an email to the email address
provided by you in the billing information. The email contains the
purchased order and a confirmation of the purchase. A second
email will be sent to the same email address when the order is
being dispatched. For these purposes, it is important that the
Customer provides a valid and correct email.

This Agreement and all the rules and policies contained herein and any of
your usage of Website and your dealings with us shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
