RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We are committed to provide you the best of service and experience. Your
satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that we do accept returns in case of
an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or
circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the
customer. The Brown Strap (collectively “Brown Strap” or “we”, “our”) returns and
exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased
on our platform for any reason within the specified return/exchange period
(within India). Our Return and Exchange policy is given below :
RETURN POLICY


-The return must be delivered to us within 5 days from the date you
received the parcel.
- The product should be unused, and unwashed, with all tags and
labels intact.
- 20% will be deducted from the bill as a return fee, therefore the refund will have the deducted amount.
- The refund will only happen once.
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfers.
- The refund may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your
account.

EXCHANGE POLICY  
- We offer an exchange policy within 5 days of the date of delivery. 
- The product should be unused, and unwashed, with all tags and
labels intact. 
- The customer must ship the product back to us. 
- Rs. 150/- reverse pick-up charges.
- The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days of the date of
delivery. 
- The exchange will only happen once.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

For any complaints regarding damaged or incorrect products, you must provide an unboxing video where the seal with the label is clearly broken on camera. Without this video evidence, we will not entertain complaints of damage or incorrect items

Unfortunately, we have encountered customer fraud in the past, where incorrect claims were made, and courier partners later provided proof of customer dishonesty. To prevent this, we require strict adherence to the unboxing video policy. Without it, we will not address any complaints regarding damaged or incorrect products.

 


We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product
